Job Responsibilities:
1. New Order Processing: Acquisition, organization, review, and communication of order information;
2. Order Progress: Tracking the entire order's production process, production schedule, and production quality;
3. Shipment: Timely delivery, pre-shipment preparation, preparing delivery notes;
4. Anomaly Handling: Promptly resolve issues found to ensure normal operation of orders;
5. Customer Service: Follow-up, handling, and improvement based on customer feedback;
6. Information Communication: Communicate closely with sales, coordinate the connection between different departments and personnel at various stages of the factory. Actively cooperate with colleagues in other departments and report work status to supervisors and leaders in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
1. Personality: Cheerful, lively, proactive
2. Skills: Proficient in office software operation (Excel, Word)
3. Strong coordination and communication skills, good customer service awareness
4. Responsible, able to withstand significant work pressure
5. Teamwork spirit, good at challenges
6. Experience in order following/merchandising in a dyeing and finishing factory is preferred
